With the Rise of Cobra movie coming out, Resolute hitting the small screen, and an almost abandoned 25th Anniversary line, the prototypes and mystery figures popping up are at an all time high. To add to the mystery pages is this interesting piece from TaoBao seller xingzhangijoe. At first look it appears to be a prototype figure of the already revealed Cobra Arctic Trooper, but upon closer inspection its anything but. Though it looks to utilize the same legs and arms as the Trooper, the torso and head look to be completely new pieces. Could this be and early concept of the Arctic Trooper? or something new we haven’t seen yet?
