Entertainment Earth has listed an entire slew of Rise of Cobra pre-orders as of lately, but one certainly catches the eye more than the rest. The new 12″ Cobra Commander (aka Doctor Rex) figure is revealed with the pre-order for the new Rise of Cobra 12-Inch Action Figures Wave 1. Pre-Orders are open right now for the figures, and they should be shipping within this month.
