Keeping on track with the eBay release of the majority of the Pursuit of Cobra Wave 1 figures, eBay seller HandyToy has added Arctic Threat Duke to the bunch. Unfortunately for us the jacket is missing , which is the key element to the look and feel of this figure. As with the rest of the figures, expect to see this guy on the pegs early 2010.
