ACToys member jt008581 has posted some nice “in-hand’ images of the forthcoming Pursuit of Cobra Wave 2 Bravo vehicle, the Cobra Fury (aka Cobra Rage). This vehicle has been slightly retooled for its 2010 re-release and will come with an Alley-Viper Officer driver. You can check out the images which I have mirrored below.

Recently added to the Scoop’s Dark Room Files are the latest in Toys R Us Rise of Cobra Exclusives. We’ve added the latest single carded wave with “Arctic Threat” Carl “Doc” Greer and “Arctic Threat” Shipwreck. These are Wave 3 (or Wave 1 2010) of the TRU single carded figures. Also added is the TRU Exclusive Sting Raider (aka Water Moccasin) with Copperhead & Swamp-Viper. So head on over to Scoop’s Dark Room and check out these latest additions.

Gyre-Viper of HissTank and eBay seller toyssir8982009 have once again come through with some new info on upcoming 2010 G.I. Joe vehicles. They have provided images of a retooled Ghost Hawk and Lift Ticket repaint, what almost looks like a “Dreadnock Cycle” with driver and what appears to be Wave 2 of Rip-Attack vehicles. The Rip-Attack vehicles show, an air vehicle of some kind with what looks like Snake Eyes with Matt Trakker’s helmet and a snow mobile with a figure that was believed to be just a horrible kitbash using the Firefly body with Elite-Viper head (E_only eBay auction). No other information is available at this time about these, but if these do end up released, 2010 is really starting to look interesting in the “vehicle department”.

Thanks to eBay seller toyssir8982009, we get another look at the forthcoming bravo class vehicles; the 2010 G.I. Joe “VAMP” (still no official word that this is what it is being called, but we’ll go with it for now) with unknown driver and the 2010 Cobra HISS Tank with what looks like an updated HISS driver. Look for these vehicles to arrive later this year under the 2010 G.I. Joe line-up.

The infamous toyssir898 has posted some interesting images of what could possibly be some upcoming vehicles for the Pursuit of Cobra line. Featured in the images are a Joe and Cobra version of a retooled Sigma 6 Iron Hammer, and 2 version of the classic A.W.E. Striker. The Iron Hammer corresponds with the reveal that Hasbro gave us at the 2009 JoeCon. Included with the vehicles is what looks to be Duke(?) and a new version of WildWeasel(?).

Also posted are some prototypes of the A.W.E. Striker that are pretty interesting. If you notice, printed on the hood is “InGen” which was the name of John Hammond’s corporation in Jurassic Park, not to mention the “JP” logo printed on the side. The included figures in the images are also a mystery. They appear to be kit bashed version of the Toys “R” Us exclusive Fire Fly figure. As of right now, none of these images are “official” or “confirmed” by Hasbro, in addition to there being no official information on possible release dates.

Rulz of HissTank has posted some images of yet another acquisition of his, this time it is the upcoming Pursuit of Cobra “City Strike” Cobra Flight Pod with Elite-Viper. The Flight Pod (aka Trubble Bubble) is a black and red re-paint, with the body being mostly black and the canopy being a translucent red. The Elite-Viper is a repaint of the Rise of Cobra Elite-Viper done up in a black and red/white camo. The figure comes with the HK MP5K machine gun and Pulse Pistol like previous Elite-Vipers, and like most of the figures with vehicles, does not come with a stand. This was said to be a Target Exclusive, but all packaging samples have shown it sans the “Target Exclusive” sticker, so it remains to be seen if that is still correct. Thanks to Gyre-Viper of HissTank we are getting another look at the upcoming Pursuit of Cobra 2010 HISS Tank and another nice little surprise, what appears to be an updated VAMP! Though no official word has been said, this vehicle, the “VAMP” esque vehicle, looks to be an amalgam of a HUMVEE and an ARAH VAMP.
