G.I. Joe #21 5-Page Preview

Posted by WildWeasel on Tuesday, August 10th, 2010

idw-publishing-logo-newThanks to IDW Publishing, we have a 5-page preview of this week’s G.I. Joe #21 for you to check out. Last issue we found two teams of Joes investigating leads to Cobra; Scarlett and Ripcord along with some Fobs investigate what appears to be a deserted island, but what secrets lie beneath the surface? Meanwhile Shipwreck and a small group of Joes have discovered a massive submarine just off the coast of the supposed deserted island, what they discover inside brings them to the front-door of Cobra. This issue is written by Chuck Dixon with beautiful art provided by Alex Cal, wrapped under covers by Charles Paul Wilson III and Robert Atkins. Look for this issue at your local comics shop on Wednesday, August 11th.

G.I. Joe #21
Action at crush depth as Shipwreck and his crew board a massive COBRA submarine to take control. But the clock is ticking as a nuke set in a deep underwater trench could blow, killing them and dooming Scarlett and Ripcord. This special image and its incentive cover pay homage to the classic G.I. Joe #21 “silent issue” from yesteryear!
