New Images of Upcoming Rise of Cobra “Senior Ranking Officers” 3-Packs & More!

Thanks to TaoBao seller ilovesw, who has posted an auction, showing the Sgt. Stone repaint, Grunt, Speed Metal, Destro repaint, Neo-Viper repaint and Elite Viper in their packaging. Previously thought to be TRU Exclusive 3-Packs, we know see on the front of the packaging it says “Senior Ranking Officers“, which have previously been TRU Exclusives. Is this confirmation that this is in fact a correct assumption then? We like to think so, but we’ll wait for “official” confirmation.

First Look at Rise of Cobra Dragonhawk XH1 in Packaging!

TaoBao seller macca428 has an auction right now for what was believed to be an updated Dragonfly helicopter. Recently is was discovered in a Kmart.com listing that there was a place holder for a “Dragonhawk with Wild Bill“. Unsure of the accuracy then, we now know from the packaging the confirmation that this vehicle is called a, Dragonhawk XH1 which comes with a Wild Bill figure.

New Carded Rise of Cobra Arctic Assault Storm Shadow Image

TaoBoa seller myomi has posted an auction featuring a carded version of the mysterious Arctic Assual Storm Shadow figure from the Rise of Cobra line. This figure has been making more of an appearance on auction sites lately, but it still remained a mystery as to what this figure “officially” was. Though we now have conformation on the identity of the figure, we still have no official information on when to expect this figure on the pegs.

New Duke & Scarlett Figures Plus A Snake Eyes Timber Variant?

rumor-mystery TaoBao seller ttfans has an auction for an upcoming Paris Pursuit Snake Eyes figure from the Rise of Cobra line. Nothing new there, but…if you check out the Timber that comes with it, you will notice that it is gray compared to the black we have previously seen. So is this a variant? Or is it just a swap out from the latest G.I. Joe 5-Pack?

TaoBao seller xingzhangijoe has also added to the mystery files with new Duke and Scarlett figures he has up for auction. The Duke looks to be Utilizing the same body as the ROC Breaker figure, and the Scarlett appears to be a repaint of the 25th Anniversary figure with new legs supposedly this is Arctic Scarlett.

New Rise of Cobra Target Exclusive Vehicle Packs on TaoBao

Thanks to TaoBao seller ilovesw, we now have a “first look” at the upcoming Target Exclusive vehicle packs from the Rise of Cobra toy line. We first got a glimpse of these packs recently from some images of the figures — now we know what they belong too. The packs include Grand Slam with Air Assault Glider, Snake Eyes with Arashikage Cycle, Air-Viper Commando with Cobra Claw, and a Cobra EEL with Wave Crusher. Nothing official has been released about these set as of yet. Hasbro made mention of multiple packs being released, in their recent Q&A, but gave us no indication of what they are or when they will be out.

New Wal-Mart Exclusive Combat Heroes Pack on TaoBao

Thanks to TaoBao seller 吃雪糕的小猪, we now have our first look at a new Wal-Mart exclusive G.I. Joe Combat Heroes pack. The new set includes the Crimson Twins, Cobra Commander, The Baroness, and Iron Grenadiers Destro. There is no official word on this set, so there is no telling if this is an upcoming release or leftovers from the cancellation of this line.
