why no other games?

I really dug the 1st nintendo game on the 8-bit system. I didn't do so well at the rise of atlantis. I also dug the 92 arcade game.

We all dug those games. But that was a looooong time ago, when GI JOE was at the height of its popularity and they knew the game would sell well.

Games cost increasingly more and more to make, and GI JOE up until now, since the 80's, hasnt been as hugely popular.

Like we've been saying, if the movie does well, you can expect more games and toys!

I was allways hoping that a game would use the star wars battlefront engine and make a gi joe vs cobra game with vehicles and authentic locales.

Using the Star Wars battlefront engine would be great. The Battlefield 2 engine would also work wonders. I wish that we could get the NES joe games released on the Wii Virtual Console.

I'm thinking they should go a more Marvel Ultimate Alliance type route with melee and gun combat, they could get a boatload of Joes in this way plus have tons of characters in the game with multiple outfits to unlock, and have secret areas that explore Cobra-La and such that could be optional quests. it would be a major win!
