Early Images of 2010 G.I. Joe "Past & Present" 2-Packs

Wasn't quite sure the best place to put this, but figured since it is 2010 product, it will go here.

Thanks once again to Gyre-Viper, who has once again obtained some early production figures. This time he has received mock-ups of upcoming "2010 Past & Present" 2-pack figures. They include Duke, Destro, Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow.

Justin of GeneralsJoes.com also reports the latest G.I. Joe Club newsletter has images of the figures too (most likely finished or early production images of them).

Some members of the G.I. Joe Collectors’ Club have started receiving the latest issue of the club newsletter, and within the pages is a revelation of new Past and Present action figure sets, in the same spirit as the Target Exclusive Rockslide 2-pack! cmderinchief is one of those folks, and he gives us a rundown of what to expect from the Real American Hero vintage style tooling:

these look cool,but why could they not have just used that chrome headsculpt on the roc destro,it looks so much better imo,still though,a win for these,cant wait to see em hit retail....

same here good concept but i will pass, i all ready got all them figs when they came out back then. so i really dont need them again, but i love to have them keep comming out. hey i know lets do some kind of troop builder set like this id buy a ton of them and a lot of us would do the same too.

So Hasbro's going to take something that they already sold me 3 years ago and repackage it with something that they sold me earlier this year (and is warming the pegs currently), and they expect me to buy it. They're not even going through the trouble of giving them new paint jobs or kitbashing a part or two. Sorry hasbro this is where I draw the line. The PoC single figures look so great, so why are they taking a step backwards.

The packaging is the same as the WM exclusive star wars 2 packs. I wonder if they will hold the same $18 price tag? I think i will be saving my money.

Maybe they are Target exclusives? Their SW figure 2 packs were $12.99.

Did those have the same packaging? I dont remember. I never understood why Targets 2 packs were $5 cheaper than WM's? Pretty lame. Either way, $12 or $18, i will be saving my money. I have the ROC figures, and i have the vintage stuff. There is really nothing to offer me in these packs.

Yes I agree! I love these but will probably have to pass on them as well. if they are going to charge 20 bucks a pop.
