SDCC Cobra Commander - Black Suit RoC Version

I wasn't lucky enough to go to SDCC and am too cheap to
buy a real SDCC CC anyway, so I decided to TRY to make
my own...
Took the RoC Cobra Commander and painted the torso black, then dabbed a bit of red and white for his collar and power tie. Swapped his head with hooded CC from the Tripwire/CC two-pack. The microphone is actually his gun from the RoC CC figure, with the handle snipped off (so he doesn't shoot off his mouth -- c'mon, you knew it was coming). I also thinned down his data pad so that he could hold it easier. I figure it can be sort of a speech teleprompter / doomsday controller thing.

Point of clarification, I started with a Cobra Commander figure, not a Rex the Doctor figure.
The Commander figures are fairly still plentiful in my area -- are they rare or something somehow???
