This issue is written by Marc Andreyko with art by fan favorite, Ben Templesmith. Look for two covers, one by Tom Feister and one by Templemith. This book will be available on Wednesday, February 3rd at your local comic shop.

Sideshow Collectibles has posted the answerers to their latest Q&A for the highly popular12″ G.I. Joe line. This time around we learn that Sideshow has plans to finally tap into the female characters of G.I. Joe with future releases of Scarlett, Baroness, and Lady Jaye. We also find out that a new Cobra Commander is in the works featuring the classic helmeted look, as well as some new diorama displays, and that there may be possible changes to the upcoming Firefly figure.

TerrorDrome member GDX has graced us with a few amazing customs. Firs off, we have a personal favorite of his, Big Brawler. Made from parts of Clutch, and a Cobra Island 7 pack Outback, we get a “spot on” upgrade of the 2001 figure. Next up is an original concept, a Cobra Shock-Trooper. Made from various figures, GDX gives us his imagining of a Cobra “blue shirt” in the Rise of Cobra universe
A new Rise of Cobra video clip has hit the web, thanks to the G.I. Joe UK Facebook page. The clip features James McCullen Destro XXIV (Christopher Eccleston), The Baroness (Sienna Miller) and Storm Shadow (Byung-hun Lee) discussing Destro’s mask and a target for testing the warheads on… Paris!
IGN has released a new video for the G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra game, this time featuring playable characters from the Cobra side. Featured in the video is gameplay footage of Baroness, Destro, Storm Shadow, and FireFly, as well as filecard info on the characters.
Today, two more extended Rise of Cobra clips from Trailer Addict, hit the web. The first one, “Accelerator Suits” doesn’t have any new footage, but it has footage we previously saw only in a French language clip. The second clip, “Rooftop” is an extension of the stuff we’ve seen from the numerous trailers with Duke and Ripcord chasing the Baroness and Storm Shadow, but includes some new footage.
